46' - We are back underway at the London Stadium and Chelsea have made a substitution, with Pedro replacing Tiemoue Bakayoko.
52' - Cesc Fabregas has a chance to equalise for Chelsea but his header from Davide Zappacosta's cross is blocked.
Chelsea look really threatening at the start of this second half.
54' - Marko Arnautovic wants a penalty for handball against Andreas Christensen but the referee waves play on. In fairness, there wasn't too much the Chelsea defender could've done about that one.
58' - Davide Zappacosta, now playing at left wing-back, cuts inside onto his favoured right foot and shoots just wide of Adrian's far post.
63' - Chelsea have had the lion's share of possession since the break but they're yet to really test Adrian in the West Ham goal.
Willian has just replaced Davide Zappacosta for the visitors.
68' - Willian is cynically hacked down on the right wing by Aaron Cresswell. Cesc Fabregas takes the resulting free-kick and the ball finds its way to Andreas Christensen, whose volley is superbly blocked by Winston Reid.
70' - Diafra Sakho replaces Marko Arnautovic for West Ham.
