PSG 2-3 Barcelona: Barca withstood a second-half comeback to stun the hosts in Paris and take a narrow lead back to Spain
Raphinha scored twice to help Barcelona secure a 3-2 win at Paris Saint-Germain in their Champions League quarter-final first leg.
Barca dominated proceedings early on against the French side still looking for a first Champions League crown and led through a Raphinha strike in the 37th minute.
However, PSG piled on the pressure after the break and levelled in the 48th minute through a stunning Ousmane Dembele strike into the top corner before going ahead when Vitinha stroked the ball in two minutes later.
But Raphinha’s deft volley in the 62nd minute brought the match level again, before Andreas Christensen headed in from a corner 13 minutes from time to give the Spanish side a narrow advantage going into next week’s second leg.

Route one football from Barcelona, a straight forward hoist left alone by Robert Lewandowski to ensure that his Brazilian teammate can charge on to it. Raphina gets to the bouncing ball first but can’t progress beyond a sliding Donnarumma, who’d have been kippered if not for a vital touch on the ball. His defenders help the PSG goalkeeper out to complete the defensive job.

Nuno Mendes twists and turns beyond Lamine Yamal, firing a ball in to Kylian Mbappe, who improvises a volleyed finish. No dice - a few yards wide of Marc-Andre ter Stegen’s left post.

Kang-in Lee sends Ousmane Dembele onwards after Barcelona concede possession on halfway, but Joao Cancelo times his challenge perfectly to prevent Demble gathering a head of steam. But it’s all a little loose from the visitors so far, another turnover of the ball allowing PSG to build another attack.
