Lille midfielder Eden Hazard today took to Twitter to suggest he has made a decision on which club he will join this summer.

The Belgian international has been heavily linked with Premier League trio Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea.

Today he tweeted: "good afternoon guys. i made up my mind. see you later. thanks"

The 21-year-old has made it clear he favours a switch to the Premier League, and it seems certain he will join one of the three afore mentioned clubs, with Chelsea emerging as the leading contender.

Various sources on Twitter have said he will move to the Champions League winners, with Tottenham striker Louis Saha stating Hazard is "apparently on his way to Chelsea."

Hazard himself recently told Belgian news website HLN: "It will anyway be Manchester City, Manchester United or Chelsea."

He added: "The decision will depend on the amount of play I would see and the position where I would play.

"Not everyone can say that he can make a choice between the three top clubs."

It is expected that any transfer will be one of the summer's biggest, with a fee in the region of £30m set to change hands for the playmaker who has won the Player of the Year award in France for the last two-years running.
