Lewis Hamilton took his fourth victory of the season and his third on the streets of Monaco after a thrilling battle with Red Bull's Max Verstappen, extending his championship lead over Valtteri Bottas in the process.
Despite leading from pole position, an early safety car caused by Charles Leclerc's puncture leaving debris across the track after he hit the wall changed the complexion of the race, with Hamilton needing to nurse his tyres to the end against the attacking Verstappen - the Red Bull youngster needing to pass the leader and build a gap after receiving a five-second penalty for hitting Bottas in the pits.
But Hamilton was able to see the victory home, even after contact with Hamilton two laps from the finish, to take his fourth victory of the season. As a result of Verstappen's penalty, Sebastian Vettel finished second with Bottas third. Re-live the drama below.

The 20 drivers have all gathered at the front of the grid to surround a replica of Niki Lauda's helmet, where they take part in a one-minute silence to remember the 1975, 1977 and 1984 F1 world champion.
If he didn't know before, Lauda will be watching down to see just how loved he was by the entire paddock. RIP Niki.
The Monaco national anthem plays out as a giant Monogasque flag is flown down from a skydiver, with his Royal Highness Prince Albert standing at the front of the grid alongside the drivers. Just over 10 minutes to go until lights out.
Remember that 51 per cent chance of rain I told you about? The FIA's radar has updated to say there is now a 90 per cent chance of rain during the Grand Prix. It's about to get a whole lot more exciting out there.

The radar shows that there is a chance of light rain in about 15 minutes time, which would come about lap 10 of the 78-lap race. However, as Mercedes have just told Hamilton, there is more intense rain looming behind it that could be the tricky stuff further into the race.
TYRES
The top 10 are all on soft tyes, whereas the rest of the field are on brand new mediums except for the Alfa Romeos of Raikkonen and Giovinazzi who are on new softs, along with the Haas on Grosjean.
Hamilton brings the field around the 3.3km track to line up on the grid. Here we go...
