Full-time: A thrilling finish to a thrilling season, and after last year's heartbreak, it's Exeter Chiefs who are crowned Premiership champions of 2016/17, seven years after gaining promotion to the top flight! 

Wasps finished top of the table during the regular season, but in the end it was the Chiefs who triumphed in another final classic.

Exeter's Don Armand is named man of the match, and now the celebrations can begin!
