mins: Wales make strong progress with a number of pick and go drives, but the ball spills forwards from Warburton and Parisse breaks. He passes outside, but the slippy ball falls through the hands of Panico and the chance goes.
mins: A big chance for Wales as they use a penalty advantage to take a cross-field effort to Williams. He gathers the ball, but Bisebni does well to tackle the wing and Halfpenny's follow-up can only succeed in kicking the ball into touch.
mins: Penalty against Italy as Benvenuti charges in on Webb without the ball at the ruck. Biggar kicks the ball into the corner, with Wales searching for their first try, as they turn down the points. Alun Wyn Jones returns to the fold after being patched up.
mins: The Italians are penalised again for collapsing the maul, and Parisse isn't best pleased with the decision after Wales were told to use it. It was Lovotti who pulled it down, and that looks like a fair call.
mins: Wales spread from left to right, but all the while can't breach the 5m line. Biggar's low pass hits Davies's foot, but it looks like Lovotti gets his hand first and saves the certain try. Great play by the prop.
mins: Liam Williams drops the 22 restart and hands Italy some much-needed territory, and what follows is a minte of aerial ping-pong that ends with North calling the mark. He kicks to Padovani, and the full-back takes on the Wales defence and breaks! He passes inside to Parisse, and they recycle the ball up to the 22 only to drop the ball again, this time by the hooker Gega. A very scrappy game so far.
mins: The ball goes nowhere in the scrum, and Parisse is able to pick it up and break! He charges towards the try line after neat hands from the backs, with Canna's offloaded deflected into Parisse's hands. Two pick and go's later, the ball is held up on the try line and Italy will have a 5m attacking scrum. Big chance this...
mins: Scrum penalty to Italy as they destroy the Welsh pack, and you imagine they're going to go for the same. They do just that, with Parisse turning down the three points. We're in penalty try territory too...
mins: The scrum goes nowhere this time, so Parisse breaks away and plays the pass inside to Steyn. He's stopped a metre short...TRY FOR ITALY!
mins: Italy smartly set-up a rolling maul from the breakdown, and as they surge forwards, it's the scrum-half Edoardo Gori who emerges with the ball to touch down and score! Canna converts and Italy lead 7-0!
