AFTER last week's threat by an Islamic fundamentalist group to tourists to Egypt, the Foreign Office is warning that 'complete security cannot be guaranteed' in Egypt. According to the FO travel advice unit (071-270 4129): 'Visitors should be vigilant, avoid the Assiut and Dairut areas and are reminded to behave and dress discreetly.'
