THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

Perched metres from the white sands, Karma provides an enviable base to explore the archipelago of over 140 islands, just 28-miles off the Cornish coast. A thirty-minute walk will take you to the centre of the island, where you will find The Island Bakery, artist studios, a café and a vineyard.

By sea: The Scillonian Ferry leaves from Penzance, From March to November, and takes 2 hours 45 mins. Book the Scillonian Ferry.

By air: Take the Sky Bus from Exeter (1 hour), Newquay or Lands End (20-30 mins) to St Mary's. Book the Skybus.
