It has a great location on quiet Piazza Fontana just behind the Duomo. You're right in the thick of it here, just moments away from the city's major attractions. The sumptuous Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II is less than a five-minute walk away and you're perfectly located to reach La Scala Opera House. There are scores of attractions nearby - don't miss the Museo del Novecento, which has a fabulous collection of 20th-century art. For a bite in stylish surroundings, head to Papermoon Giardino and savour exquisite dishes in the gorgeous leafy courtyard.

Pink, gold and silver dominate the contemporary interiors, with large communal areas divided into alcoves to create intimate spaces. The hotel has a sleek yet laidback feel, with low lighting and deep purple fittings adding a touch of warmth. Comprising four buildings, the Rosa Grand is not small, with labyrinthine corridors leading to the rooms, although the friendly, welcoming staff help create a warm ambience.

As well as seven meeting rooms and a hall to host events, the hotel has a private garage with TESLA charging stations and offers a chauffeur car hire service. There's a top-floor wellness centre equipped with Technogym machinery and steam room, and a terrace offering views of the Duomo and the city's rooftops. Service is friendly and professional.
