THE LOOK AND FEEL
Originally the steelworks factory Héðinn, the building has been completely reimagined and blends industrial chic with retro and rustic elements, creating a cosy ambience in parts. Much of the furniture has a 1970s feel, and natural or neutral hues are abundant - lots of wood and cement ceilings, for example - offset with bursts of colour, such as mustard or rich red or blue seating.
THE FACILITIES
The hotel has a restaurant and bar, a concierge and a computer station. The service is friendly and efficient. The front desk operates 24-hour and the staff are multilingual. Free newspapers are provided.
