This week: La Semaine du Goût – a week-long celebration of French cuisine – gets under way across France. In the diary: The Canary Islands become more accessible from the end of the month: Ryanair launches new routes from various UK airports to Lanzarote, Las Palmas and Tenerife South ( ryanair.com ).
