The fresh batch of fame-hungry celebrities has entered the Celebrity Big Brother house, and what an eclectic bunch they are.

From transgender boxing promoter Kellie Maloney to Benefits Street’s White Dee and TOWIE’s Lauren Goodger, this series looks set to be full of high drama, tension, and the inevitable very silly moments.

Host Emma Willis has promised us “countless twists, turns and tough tasks” as the contestants’ stamina and tolerance are tested to the limit.

Joining those mentioned above are US reality TV star Stephanie Pratt, who you might recognise from The Hills and Made in Chelsea; B*Witched member Edele Lynch (they sung Nineties hit “C’est La Vie”); ex-Gladiator and Kelly Brook’s fiancé David McIntosh; and boxer Audley Harrison.

Fans of Strictly Come Dancing will be pleased to see professional dancer James Jordan swap the dancefloor for the house, and we can expect plenty of strops from him if his backstage reputation is anything to go on.

Other famous faces include Geordie Shore’s Ricci Guarnaccio, Emmerdale’s Claire King, Googlebox’s George Gilbey and party animal Angelique ‘Frenchy’ Morgan.

Kellie Maloney is already early favourite to win the show at 5/2, followed by White Dee at 3/1 and Audley Harrison at 5/1.
