Love Island: Curtis tells Maura he's 'too tired' to have sex

A mass dumping on Wednesday night’s Love Island saw four contestants leaving the villa: Harley and Chris (sorry, who?) and Anna and Jordan (no love lost between those two).

The competition is really heating up now, with just a few more days to go until the winning couple is announced and they go forth into their new lives of club appearances and stints on Dancing on Ice.

Here are the main talking points from tonight's episode, when the villa was feeling a whole lot emptier and the contestants were getting a bit of cabin fever... so they all went on their "epic" final dates...

Maura gets frustrated with Curtis

Maura declared that she was feeling "horny" and became frustrated when Curtis offered her a coffee instead of an orgasm. Maura's persistence led to some viewers on Twitter calling her out for 'pressuring' Curtis to 'do bits' with her. The pair later had an "epic" date, which was actually quite cute, but there was a harp present, which was a bit much.

The islanders are playing a waiting game

Tonight's episode had a lot of filler in it - montages and romantic ballads aplenty - presumably to make up for the fact that basically nothing happened. And it felt like the islanders were twiddling their thumbs a little, just waiting for the final. Aren't we all.

India jokes that she's only in it for the £50k

In a sneak peek of the end of the episode that aired before an ad break, it looked like India suddenly had a personality transplant and announced that she was only on the show for the money. But then we saw the full edit and it became clear she was joking. Phew. I just want Ovie to be happy.

Catch up with all the action, as it happened, below...

Before tonight’s show kicks off in a couple of hours, let’s just refresh our memories of last night’s antics…

The biggest talking point from last night has to be Jordan’s pursuit of India (who is with Ovie, a man carved by angels) and Anna’s subsequent wrath when she found out her boyfriend had been “cracking on” with another girl.

Quote of the night from Anna: “I am a strong woman. I will never let someone bring me down and win.”

It was the now-legendary (and extremely bizarre) 'babies episode' last night, where the islanders play mummies and daddies and become alarmingly attached to little dolls. Conclusion? Not exactly a documentary about model, or for that matter modern, parenting.

There was, of course, a mass dumping, which saw Anna and Jordan – much to Anna’s relief, it seemed – leaving the villa, as well as Harley and Chris. Yeah, we don’t know who they are either.

Only five couples are left now, and the villa is feeling a lot emptier. Tonight, the last remaining couples will be treated to “epic” final dates on speed boats and so on.

Here we go... ps: anyone else despise those Uber Eats ads?

Aw everyone's missing Anna and Chris. It's okay guys, only five sleeps to go until you're back on English soil

It feels like Tommy and Molly-Mae are just reading out lines at this point

Curtis to Maura: "Tonight is not the night." Maura: "Then what is the night? I. Want. You." Now he has to make it up to her by bringing her coffee in bed - but she's patiently explained that what she actually wants is an orgasm. Love this woman.
