England are taking on Iceland today in the opening match of their Nations League group. It is a tricky group with Belgium and Denmark set to come, so England are in need of a win to get started.
Gareth Southgate has selected a youthful line-up with Manchester City midfielder Phil Foden making his international debut at senior level. Jadon Sancho also starts alongside captain Harry Kane and Raheem Sterling in a fearsome front line.

It wasn’t a great display from England but they’ve done what they needed to do. They go to the top of Group 2 in League A of the Nations League. Next up is Denmark on Tuesday evening.
