The substitute will be given full permission to get down the pitch and stretch the play in attack, while Cucurella occupies a central position - leaving the centre-backs somewhat isolated during the build-up play.

OFF THE POST AND OVER! INCREDIBLE! Hudson-Odoi takes on and beats Madueke on the left wing, eventually putting the ball onto his left foot and digging out a cross just ahead of the byline. Gibbs-White meets it at the far post with a diving header that sees the ball cannon off the post, with Wood somehow sending the follow-up over the crossbar from five yards out!

Caicedo’s dink into the penalty area from a central position finds the run of Palmer, whose first-time volley from an acute angle while leaning back can only catch the side-netting.

SO CLOSE! Montiel finds Yates in a pocket of space 20 yards from goal, with the captain taking a touch to put the ball onto his left foot before dragging a shot to the far post that scrapes the woodwork on its way behind for a goal-kick!

Nottingham Forest have only lost their final home league match in one of their six previous Premier League campaigns (four wins and one draw), doing so against Sheffield United in 1992/93 with a 2-0 defeat that confirmed their relegation.

WIthout hesitating, the wing-back winds up and hits a swerving strike from almost 40 yards out, with the goalkeeper forced to protect the top of his goal as it whistles narrowly over!
