Swansea City 2-0 Stoke City
West Ham United 0-0 Everton
Sunday:
Burnley vs Manchester United – 14:15
Liverpool vs Crystal Palace – 16:30
15 mins: A wasted lob over the defence from Lucas is applauded by his manager, but Jurgen Klopp simply applauds him and isn't showing any signs of frustration just yet. Early days Jurgen, early days.
17 mins: Palace counter again and Zaha is released by a beautiful ball over the top from Cabaye. Milner is back quickly though to cover with help from Lovren, and Palace are forced to retreat from the Liverpool area before Zaha strays offside.
20 mins: The pressure is beginning to mount on Palace now as Liverpool sustain a period of attack, only for Hennessey to come out and claim a high cross into the box aimed towards Origi. Cabaye picks up a slight knock and is hobbling, but looks fine to continue.
21 mins: Benteke goes close! The striker gets his first effort in on goal and it's a fierce snap-shot on the turn from the edge of the area. Mignolet scrambles left, but it flashes wide of the post and out to safety.
24 mins: Big chance here for Liverpool. Coutinho is fouled by Tomkins on the edge of the Palace area and he's lining up the free-kick...
24 mins: You just knew as soon as Coutinho stepped up! The attacking midfield, from all of 30 yards out, curls a magical effort into the net that the diving Henessey doesn't get anywhere near.
Liverpool 1-0 Crystal Palace
30 mins: More alarm bells for Palace and it's Firmino who's doing the damage this time. The Brazilian is left completely unmarked down the right, and his cut-back into the box evades Origi and Coutinho and is cleared to safety by Tomkins. Palace are under all sorts of pressure though.
34 mins: Palace respond as Zaha gets the better of Clyne down the left wing, but his cross is blocked out for a corner, and the delivery is poor that allows Liverpool to clear. The ball is fired back in by Puncheon, but it's headed comfortably down to the waiting hands of Mignolet.
Philippe Coutinho celebrates putting Liverpool ahead with a beautiful free-kick
