OUR REVIEW
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
This hotel is located on its own little private peninsula at Kommeno. Corfu Town and the airport are a convenient seven miles (12km) south of the hotel. You'll find local tavernas at Limni village, a ten-minute walk away. The beach towns of Dassia and Ipsos are nearby.
By plane: flights from London to Corfu take just over 3 hours. It's a 30-minute drive from the airport. Free on-site parking. Book flights to Corfu.
THE LOOK AND FEEL
All areas are attractive, especially considering that the hotel is part of Greek chain Grecotel. The marble reception and large lounges effortlessly show that this is an upmarket hotel, guest rooms are white and bright and modern, and there are immaculately kept olive trees and flowerbeds and other garden areas.
THE FACILITIES
The hotel has several beaches, three pools, a spa and a gym with plenty of Technogym equipment and a personal trainer on site during the day. There is a choice of bars and restaurants, several shops and a range of activities is available (including water sports, tennis, basketball and archery). Service is pleasant and efficient and staff are only too keen to help.
