Reading yesterday's Indy, we were nicely surprised to read of our inclusion in this list. One correction - our website address is actually www.townmillcheese.co.uk and ont as listed, which is the site for the Mill as a whole - our landlords.

If you're ever in Cheshire - a visit is a must. There is a farm shop and coffee shop at both, with fabulous local producers, supported by really tasty great british foods. Their shelves are brimming with loads of fab Christmas gifts and food at the moment. Recommend a visit.

Big fans of the 50 Best, which always finds pride of place on our Saturday morning cafe tables. One of our own Twitter followers, however, has pointed out that we appear to have the Daylesford Organic caption online, oh dear, he's right! By the way we actually have over 80 coffees (all roasted on the premises on vintage roasters) and over 150 teas. Snappier website address by the way is www.thecoffeehopper.com more power to your elbow Indy! Ian Steel, Master Roaster.

Whole Foods Market: Overpriced, treat workers very poorly, source stuff (e.g. BREAD!) from all over the world which could be got better locally, don't cook on site, waste a lot of organic produce. Reductions? Hardly. Can you and McDonalds please LEAVE OUR HIGH STREETS ALONE!
