If you’d prefer delivery to your door instead of using free click-and-collect, here are the fees to be aware of:

• Standard delivery: £3.99 on most small orders with an estimated delivery time of three to five days. Order by 10pm on 19 December to receive your gifts in time for Christmas.
• Next-day delivery: £5.99 on orders made by 10pm (Sunday to Friday) for delivery the next day between 7am and 9pm. Order by 23 December for your gifts to arrive before Christmas.

Returns policy

• Standard returns: Most items can be returned within 28 days of receipt.
• Christmas returns: Items purchases between 1 October 2025 and 10 December 2025 qualify for extended returns. They must be returned to Very by 8 January 2026 and in original condition.
• Return methods: Use Yodel stores to return items up to 10kg or Post Offices for items up to 20kg.
• Large Items: Home collection service is available for larger items.
