The hotel occupies a corner spot right at the river's edge, which is hard to beat. It's on Lord Montagu's Beaulieu estate and the Palace and the National Motor Museum are nearby. The train station at Brockenhurst is a 20-minute drive away, and Southampton is half an hour's drive. Take a kayak or canoe out on the river with New Forest Activities.

By car: From London, the drive takes just over 2 hours via the M3. From Southampton, the journey takes around 30 minutes.

By train: The closest train station to the hotel is Brockenhurst. The train runs regularly from London Waterloo and takes around 1 hour 30 minutes. A taxi from the station takes 20 minutes. Book trains to Brockenhurst.
