There's an antique lift with fancy ironwork, parquet and mosaic-tiled floors while walls are painted olive and mustard.

The reception desk is set between two low-lit lounges with brown sofas and vintage chairs. The staff are upbeat and friendly with the men sporting green monogrammed jackets. The hotel's Colomba toiletries, candles and cocktails are on sale.
