TODAY we say goodbye to summer with the final recipes in our series for using up the glut of garden tomatoes. This bumper edition is dedicated to Eva Gutowska of Kesgrave, Ipswich. She sent a postcard saying her tomatoes would end up on the compost heap if we persisted in publishing recipes such as the week before last's which called for only two tomatoes.
