Carved into the mountainside, the building perfectly integrates into the lake environment. Wood and glass dominate, with contemporary interiors decked out in soft earthy tones of grey and brown that recall the surrounding landscape. Interiors are flooded with natural light, with floor-to-ceiling windows immediately drawing the eye outside to the lake panorama.

There's a strong emphasis on seafood dishes (scallop tartare with black truffle, linguine with cuttlefish) although you'll also find a vegan tasting menu. For informal dining head to YEAST Side, the hotel's trendy beach bar. At breakfast, there are homemade cakes and pastries, cold cuts and cheeses.

Ristorante Filo: seasonal restaurant, Italian cuisine. Open daily for lunch and dinner.
