Man United vs Arsenal LIVE: Premier League result and final score after Antony and Marcus Rashford goals
Manchester United 3-1 Arsenal: Erik ten Hag’s side were ruthless on the counter-attack as they ended Arsenal’s winning start and extended their own run
Manchester United ended Arsenal’s winning start to the Premier League season in a thrilling clash that saw Antony score on his debut and Marcus Rashford hit a quick-fire double after Bukayo Saka had equalised in the second half.
After a bright start by both teams, Arsenal thought they had struck first as Gabriel Martinelli finished a devastating counter-attack but the goal was ruled out by VAR for an earlier foul on Christian Eriksen.
From there Arsenal took control but the Gunners were torn apart by United on the break, as Rashford set up Antony to steer a first-time finish past Aaron Ramsdale for a debut goal following his €100m move from Ajax.
Arsenal responded after the break with chances through Martin Odegaard and Saka, before the England international fired a deserved equaliser on the hour-mark. It seemed as if Arsenal had the momentum, but they were hit with a counter-punch as Rashford raced away to restore their lead.
It was the latest swing in a thrilling match and with Arsenal pushing forward with more numbers, Rashford scored his second to seal United’s fourth straight win and end Arsenal’s unbeaten start.

Arsenal were this week sweating on the fitness of Martin Odegaard and Aaron Ramsdale but they, along with Oleksandr Zinchenko, are now in contention to start after shaking off injuries.
However, injuries to Mohamed Elneny and Thomas Partey are likely to see Albert Sambi Lokonga keep his place.

A lot of controversy at the Amex. Alexis Mac Allister has just scored a BREATHTAKING strike from the edge of the box to send the stadium into jubilant scenes.

Before we get the official team news, here is what we know for the home side.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Luke Shaw are both dealing with "small complaints" meaning Diogo Dalot and Tyrell Malacia should keep their places in the full-back positions for the hosts. Anthony Martial is still missing too meaning Cristiano Ronaldo could return to the starting XI, should Ten Hag look to make changes from the side that won at Leicester.
Casemiro, who has come on as a substitute in the last two matches, is pushing for a first start in the middle of the park. Fellow new boy Antony could make his debut from the bench after arriving from Ajax on deadline day.
