The sprawling resort has much to see onsite, including a garden growing produce for their restaurants, but it is also ideally located for a short walk to the local village where you can soak up some Cretan life with a spot of lunch or Greek coffee amongst locals. The food market was great for stocking up on Cretan olives, olive oil, traditional carob rusks and herbal teas.

Designed to look like a Cretan village, the attractive whitewashed houses are covered with pink bougainvillaea, housing accommodations of varying sizes depending on your needs. Fresh and local produce is used and authentic cuisine is on offer from the olive selection to the signature iced Dictamus herb tea sweetened with honey. Being all-inclusive was an added bonus.
