Not only does the retailer have frequent sales for Prime members, it often reduces prices to give us all a much needed bargain-scoring morale boost. Whether you’re looking for tech products, clothing, beauty buys or kitchen appliances, it doesn’t take long to find seriously good discounts on some of the most sought-after brands around, from Ninja and Shark to Apple.

Save £100 on the carpet cleaner that scored top marks in our best carpet cleaners review. “This is a huge beast that’s capable of covering multiple carpets in one session,” praised our tester. “It also comes with tools, so you can use it as a spot cleaner and give extra treatment to stubborn stains.” It has three tanks for dirty water, clean water and detergent, with the clean tank capable of holding 2.7l, so you can do the whole house in one go.
Shark Stratos cordless stick vacuum cleaner: Was £499.99, now £279, Amazon.co.uk
Reduced by 44 per cent, this Shark Stratos is designed to make clearing up after pets a breeze. Featuring anti-hair-wrap technology, hair is removed from the brush as the vacuum is pushed back and forth, so there’s no need to untangle a mass of hair at the end of your cleaning session. Suction power is adjusted automatically, for maximum efficiency, too. In our round-up of the best cordless vacuum cleaners, this model took the top spot, with our tester noting: “The suction power on carpet and hard floors is a dream.”
Olaplex no.6 bond smoother: Was £28, now £19.55, Amazon.co.uk
If you swear by the Olaplex line of at-home products, now is the time to stock up, as Amazon has reduced the price of the brand’s products, from the no.3 to the no.6 bond smoother, which went down a storm with our reviewer. “It promises to tame frizz, add moisture and strengthen the hair”, our writer noted, “and we can confirm it’s a really great leave-in repairing treatment that made our locks feel a lot healthier and more manageable.” The leave-in treatment can be applied to wet of damp hair and, according to the brand, it also can knock some time off your blow dry.
Lego City Ski and climbing centre set: Was £94.99, now £59.99, Amazon.co.uk
Take playtime to new heights with the Lego City ski and climbing centre. Sure to be a hit with budding ski enthusiasts, it comes complete with three levels, a winter sports shop, cage, working lift and more. Suitable for kids aged seven years old and above, the 1,045-piece build feaured eight minifigures plus accessories – think backpacks, a camera and ski poles – that will help to bring the slopes to life.
Ninja speedi 10-in-1 rapid multi cooker and air fryer: Was £249.99, now £148.98, Amazon.co.uk
Packing plenty of cooking functions (10, in fact) into just one kitchen appliance, the Ninja speedi means business. Bake, roast, dehydrate, steam, slow cook and even sear and saute, and when you’re really pushed for time, you can layer ingredients, and use the rapid cooking system to steam and air fry simultaneously, for convenient, quick results.
Tower Bottega T10020W rapid boil traditional kettle: Was £69.99, now £46.99, Amazon.co.uk
This roomy 1.7l model comes tried, tested and approved by us, having landed in our review of the best kettles. “Behind its vintage exterior is plenty of tech, including a whopping 3,000W of power, for fast, quiet boils and an easily removable limescale filter,” our tester said. It’s currently reduced by more than 33 per cent in the white colourway, and by 14 per cent in the black.
Bio-Kult advanced multi-strain formulation for digestive system: Was £19.98, now £14.49, Amazon.co.uk

A well-established name when it comes to home security, Ring has featured more than once in our review of the best video doorbells. Now, there’s a deal to be had on this certified refurbished model, which means you can snap it up at half price. It features two-way talk, 3D motion detection, and will work with Alexa. If you’re not sure what a certified refurbished device is, it means it was pre-owned, but it’s since been tested, cleaned and verified so that it looks and works like new. It even comes with a new one-year warranty.
Tower T17021 family-size air fryer: Was £69.99, now £55, Amazon.co.uk
With a roomy 4.3l capacity, Tefal’s family air fryer is now reduced by a sizzling 20 per cent. Not only can you cook with very little oil (or no oil at all), the air fryer will also enable you to rustle up meals in 30 per cent less time than an oven, according to the brand. What’s more, the appliance boasts cooking functions such as roasting, grilling and baking, in addition to its all-important air frying abilities. This air fryer was also named the best budget model in our review, with our tester finding it “very simple to use”. They added that, after heating up quickly, it cooked “evenly, without trouble”.
Tower three-piece non-stick induction saucepan set: Was £79.99, now £54.95, Amazon.co.uk
Here’s a great deal on a set of saucepans, reduced by a sizeable 30 per cent. The set by Tower includes three black pans with rose gold details and diameters of 16cm, 18cm and 20cm. Each comes with a lid and they are all non-stick and magnetic, so they’ll work on induction hobs as well as gas.
Google Pixel 7 pro: Was £849, now £629, Amazon.co.uk
The best smartphone Google makes packs in some impressive features, ranging from slick photo-editing, such as the ability to magically erase people from your photos, as well as adaptive battery management, live language translation and a host of clever Google Assistant abilities.
Currently discounted by 26 per cent, it’s a significant improvement over the Pixel 6. “The seventh-generation phone unlocks faster, takes better pictures, and has a battery life that can last several days in an emergency,” our writer said in their review.
Philips lumea 7000 series IPL hair removal device: Was £349.99, now £267.35, Amazon.co.uk
At-home hair removal has certainly evolved over the years, with IPL devices becoming serious staples in many people’s bathrooms. However, they can be quite costly, which is why there is all the more reason to scoop up one in Amazon’s daily deals sale. Although this is an older model, a 24 per cent discount on a pricey piece of beauty tech isn’t bad at all. When reviewing at-home IPL machines, our tester not only included the two newer gadgets but specified that Lumea technology ensured it only took a few sessions before they saw “lighter and sparser hairs growing back”.
Apple MacBook air 2023 (15in): Was £1,399, now £1,099, Amazon.co.uk
Grab the newly released 15in MacBook Air with £300 off. This laptop features a 15in screen, 256GB of storage and 8GB of RAM and caught the attention of The Independent’s technology critic, who, in his review, said the device is “more than fast enough for most needs” and it handles “all tasks effortlessly and silently”. If storage is an issue for you, there’s also £300 off the 512GB option (was £1,599, now £1,299.99, Amazon.co.uk).
