Dominique Boulan was freelance production journalist and writer at IndyBest from 2021 until 2023 and covered everything from home interiors and fashion to food and drink and sustainability. Dominique studied criminology in the Netherlands at Erasmus University and Utrecht University before making the switch to journalism. She has written features on social justice issues for Dutch publication OneWorld and has closely covered news from the travel industry in peak pandemic for Reismedia, before departing to the United Kingdom for her MA Journalism at Goldsmith's University. There, she briefly covered local news for EastLondonLines before joining IndyBest to work across product news, reviews and image production.
