Ever since Kate Middleton joined the royal family, she’s been considered a trendsetter, with her choices providing fashion inspiration to many. So much so, key pieces, particularly those from the high street, often sell out fast in a phenomenon dubbed the “Kate effect”.

From her blue cardigan to a surprisingly affordable necklace, Kate Middleton’s no stranger to dressing in high street clothing. And she’s proven it once more following a recent public appearance with Prince William.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited School21 in Stratford to mark the children's return and highlight the rollout of the Mentally Healthy Schools initiative.

The project was launched by Kate in 2018 and aims to provide resources, information and advice to schools, and further education on mental health in young people. It’s the couples first public engagement since Meghan and Harry’s interview with Oprah.

During the visit, Kate wore her £15 face covering and took a high-low approach to her pink outfit, opting for a pastel pink coat from Max & Co and a pink scalloped jumper from one of her favourite British high street brands, Boden.

Just this week, on International Women’s Day, the duchess wore a peach-hued pussy-bow blouse from Boden and has previously worn a blue cardigan from the brand that instantly sold out.

We predict a similar response to this eye-catching £65 jumper, so if you want to get your hands on it, we suggest you act fast. Luckily, we’ve done the hard work for you, and tracked it down.
