Scores of recipe videos were uploaded to TikTok this year - but one ingredient in the most viral drinks on the app has prevailed.
Social media users appear to have taken a common deli ingredient and featured it in a variety of cocktail tutorials - some of which come with reassurance that the beverage tastes better than you'd think.
From martinis to spritzes and margaritas, the unlikely ingredient has taken the app by storm.
Other bizarre drinks this year included a parmesan-sprinkled espresso martini and Drake's "Onda Civic."
