Florida woman reveals she killed ‘two or three’ snakes in Hurricane Ian floodwater

A woman in Florida has revealed that she has killed “two or three” snakes since Hurricane Ian made landfall and sent floodwater gushing through the state.

CNN reporter Ryan Young asked Emori Rivers about reported alligator and snake sightings in the area, due to the pooling water.

“Oh yeah, I killed about two or three myself,” the Floridian said casually in reply.

Mr Young chuckled at the Orlando resident’s response, remarking: “I mean, in Florida, we’re built differently.”
