Father cries for help after drug driver hits six-year-old on bike
Noah and his dad James Herring were travelling on a designated cycle path when a drugged up driver travelling at over 60mph in a 30mph zone crossed two lanes of traffic and hit the six-year-old boy.
The above video shows the harrowing footage from James’ GoPro camera that he had been wearing at the time of the incident.
The driver, Harry Summersgill, was found to be driving under the influence of cocaine, cannabis and ketamine and sentenced to three years in jail after pleading guilty at Teesside Crown Court.
