Former prime minister Boris Johnson has sent a message to the nation in a special New Year’s message.

Mr Johnson, who has recently joined GB News as a presenter, recorded a special message to viewers and listeners.

It was posted on X, formerly Twitter, on Saturday morning (30 December).

Dressed in a white shirt, Mr Johnson said: “Hi folks. 2024 is nearly upon us, so let’s hope the next 12 months are a great year for our country and a great year for the dynamic news channel which is GB News.”
