Freya Ridings discusses how a love of music transformed her life, after being bullied as a child.

“I was completely ostracised and ridiculed at school because I was a strange child,” Freya told Love Lives’ Olivia Petter. “I just shut down and went into my shell and turned into a zombie version of myself.”

Freya opens up about finding acceptance and boosting her confidence when she discovered how to transform her pain into musical success through her songwriting.
