Five things you must stop right now to be happy, according to therapist

This Morning resident therapist Eva Speakman has shared her five habits to avoid “if you want to be happy.”

The Speakmans are regular contributors to the show, advising viewers in discussions on mental health.

Eva took to Instagram to share her five tips, including avoiding “overthinking” and “living in the past.”

“There’s only one person that’s going to be with you 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and all your life, and that is you,” she explained.

“You deserve to respect yourself and to champion yourself.”
