Officer dragged by car in shocking bodycam footage

A police community support officer was recorded clinging onto a speeding car after trying to stop a teenager from driving away in Smethwick, Birmingham.

19-year-old Muhammad Nadeem was soon arrested by other officers arriving on the scene, and admitted to several charges including dangerous driving and possession of a deadly weapon.
