Iconic Dulux dog gives birth to litter of seven puppies

An iconic Old English Sheepdog has given birth to a new generation of Dulux dogs.

Olivia, the current Dulux dog, gave birth to five female puppies and two male on Thursday, 13 July.

The youngsters, seen here at their home in Lincolnshire, could be the future faces of the paint brand’s advertisements - synonymous with the breed - in years to come.

Olivia’s litter comes as figures show that the Old English Sheepdog is still in decline, remaining on The Kennel Club “at watch list” after puppy registration dropped yet another year - figures were down by 12 per cent from 377 in 2021 to 333 in 2022.
