Sean Ramsden, CEO of Ramsden International, on why great business starts with respect

Starting as a family retail business in 1946 with Sean Ramsden’s grandfather at the helm, Ramsden International naturally expanded into a wholesale business in 1970, exporting British food and drink to over 100 countries.

What followed was great success - and by the time Sean took over the reins in 1994, the company was enjoying high levels of growth year on year.
