Adam Peaty and Tom Dean greeted by family as they arrive back in UK after medal success

Swimmers Adam Peaty and Tom Dean have arrived back in the UK sporting their medals after a successful Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.

Team GB’s swim team were greeted with an emotional reunion by their families after touching down at Heathrow Airport following their most successful games.

The record-breaking swim team were welcomed with hugs and cheer after clinching four gold, three silver and one bronze medal - beating the UK’s previous best performance at the 1908 Games in London.

Team GB finished third in the swimming medal table with Team USA taking first and Australia securing second.
