Residents in Boris Johnson’s constituency react to Partygate report’s verdict
Residents in Boris Johnson’s constituency of Uxbridge and South Ruislip have given their verdict following the official publication of the Partygate report.
One constituent described the former prime minister as a “pathological liar.”
“Did we really require a Privileges Committee to tell us that?” she added.
“A man of his power shouldn’t be lying, he should be telling the truth”, another resident remarked.
It comes after Mr Johnson was found to have misled Parliament and MPs over parties that took place at Downing Street during lockdown amid the coronavirus pandemic.
