Donald Trump calls Joe Biden a ‘wretched old vulture’

Donald Trump called Joe Biden a “wretched old vulture” during a rambling speech to auto workers in Michigan on 27 September.

Mr Trump made the comments as he skipped out on the second GOP debate, choosing again to try and draw focus as his Republican rivals battled it out onstage in Silicon Valley.

The former president told a non-union auto worker crowd that “crooked Joe Biden is back like a wretched old vulture trying to finish off his prey”, before embarking on a nonsensical rant against electric vehicles and windmills.
