Piers Morgan: The moment presenter stormed off GMB after controversial Meghan Markle comments
ITV has been cleared by Ofcom over comments made by Piers Morgan on Good Morning Britain earlier this year.
The media regulator rejected a record 58,000 complaints about the presenter's criticism of Meghan Markle.
Morgan claimed he did not “believe a word” the Dutchess of Sussex said during her bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey, which aired in March.
He infamously stormed off set following those comments when challenged by fellow GMB host Alex Beresford.
Morgan has tweeted to say the Ofcom ruling is “a resounding victory for freedom of speech and a resounding defeat for Princess Pinocchios”.
