King Charles III was crowned at Wesminster Abbey on May 6th, swearing an oath to serve. His wife, Camilla, assumed the role of Queen.

Thousands of royal fans packed the streets of London to experience the historic day for themselves, despite pouring rain for much of the spectacle.

The Independent TV team braved the conditions and took to the streets with a 360° camera, to get a unique perspective of the pomp, pagentry and protests.
