Lauren Williams reflects on sacrifices of incredible Olympic journey after winning silver

Team GB Taekwondo athlete Lauren Williams has spoken about the incredible sacrifices she and her family have made to get her where she is today – after winning a silver medal at Tokyo.

Williams and her mother moved to Manchester to live in a caravan so she could train at the academy there, while her father and brother remained in Wales. She also spoke about her desire to win gold, but given she’s only 22, will likely get another shot in Paris.
